The return policy us not clear
I've only had to return something twice, both times because they advertised a multi pack and I only received 1 and both times I emailed them and they just refunded my money and said keep the item.
I am curious though whether you could go through your Amazon account to make a return since that is how I make the purchases.
If anyone has any experience with Woot returns I would love to know how they do it for future reference.

Is returns easy with woot? The return policy us not clear
My only Woot return was an iPhone in "excellent" condition, which had waaaay to many scratches for me to consider it so. Amazon/Woot insisted on having me wait around an entire day to meet a UPS driver who would personally pick up the phone. (They wouldn't just send a label and have me drop it off). UPS picked it up, gave me tracking, I confirmed it arrived at their dock, and I waited months with no refund. Amazon CSRs acknowledged it was returned, no explanation for why the money wasn't refunded. I finally did a chargeback, and the dopes at Amazon/Woot sent me a tone deaf letter telling me it was delivered to me and they owe me nothing. Thank the lord for Chargeback laws, nearly $1,000 being illegally tied up by AmaWoot, but it was removed from my balance due while AmaWoot screwed around for several more months(!!). I think they recently conceded they had it all along and returned my money, but that's my experience of a Woot! return. After this, I'll stick to their $4 cable deals and that's about it. In my experience Woot/Amazon is a terrible combination when it comes to any sort of issue with a product, would have to be an outstanding discount for me to ever go through that headache fuel again.
