Anyone use this? We got the Gourmia from Walmart and love it but missed the chance for a backup. If this is as good or better, might have to pick it up.

The Gourmia makes excellent pizza by the way

Just looking at a lot of the pictures from the reviews makes it look like this thing doesn't cook evenly at all. One half of every pizza is burned and the other half a lot more pale looking.

You could spend thousands on a pizza oven, and if you don't rotate the pizza, you will get uneven results. All pizza ovens will be hotter in the back, and cooler near the oven door that cools when you open it. If that worries you, get a pizza oven with a rotating pizza stone.
