The River 3 plus is more portable for sure but only 286Wh and warranty on TEMU are almost not existing...
the River 3+ is not a good comparison to the River 2 Pro. The "River" series has 3 levels: +/Max/Pro with roughly 250/500/750 wh respectively. AND increasing levels of inverter and solar charging capability.

It just provides another means of charging, versus having to use a wall wart.

I don't know about this one, but Anker's units also support the ability to use dual source charging. So you can hook up the wall wart and the USB-C and it'll charge twice as fast.
As far as I know Anker SOLIX C300 is the only one from Anker that can charge vis USB-C with an A/C outlet. The use case would be if you are in power outage situation and you have lots of power bank that don't have A/C outlet, you can use those power bank to charge your power station so you will be able to make use of the A/C outlet longer.

Seems like output and capacity is similar and this is new, but the Ecoflow can charge much faster than the 200w max on this one and looks like this has a proprietary connection...

I also like the apps from Ecoflow, I don't have experience with Bluetti

Well, you would be incorrect.

And as I said, it supports dual charging to charge faster.

For the price I would go for the Ecoflow, this is not much difference than the Solix C300......

What does that have to do with it?

You said the Solix was the only one with that feature, which isn't accurate.

I stand corrected but wow, you managed to find something that is 2 years older than the Solix and with pretty much similar spec...

Maybe that's because I own it and bought it before Solix came out?

Since this unit supports USB-C charging, I assume I could take this internationally to countries with 220V AC and charge via wall wort or solar. Is that true?

I just got the ps72 walmart deal but am thinking about returning it for this one. Slow charging doesn't bother me too much since I'll only using it camping but I already have the Ecoflow solar panels and like that this is slighly higher capacity (768wh vs 716wh).
Only thing that is making me pause is the refurb (ecoflow) vs new (bluetti). LMK what you decide!
