Long story short, yes it's great, especially for 1080p. It should handle a lot of 1440p as well but temper your expectations. It was designed to be a very competent value/budget GPU (starting MSRP of $250 but good luck finding it). It had a ton of praises/great reviews when it came out.

It's actually a 4060 not 4070 or would be a killer deal. I was wondering the same thing may be worth a try with Costco's return policy.
Oops, you're right. Mistype. I was trying to find out more about that BSOD error. Some people are saying there was a faulty SSD used something to do with the 2 TB Wetern Digitals and I found some verbiage on cyberpower's website about it. I have a friend who purchased this computer and is getting it on Friday. Will see what happens.
You can't put this together with new parts any cheaper than this. Decent deal for 1080p and some 1440p gaming. MSRP for the GPU is $250 but currently sells for $350+.

I've had this model for a couple weeks now and it's great. I haven't seen a BSOD but if that problem develops I'll just do the fix.

I've been running this pc daily for exactly a year. Never had a single issue with it. It's a great value and I would definitely recommend it.
INTEL ARC B580 12GB GDDR6 Graphics Card (Brand may vary)
Seems like a good deal, but the bold part concerns me. One review for RTX 4060 version received Integrated AMD Radeon R4. No reviews for op's version though so i don't know what to think.
It's been a while since i bought prebuilt, is it common to have part substitutions?
Very common. You'll get the same card but the manufacturer will vary.
I don't think this is a good deal when you can buy an RTX 4060 based system for comparable or even lower price. It's just an okay deal. Yes, the systems are comparable in theory but the driver support and DLSS support matters.

Only difference on paper seems to be 16gb ddr5 vs 32gb ddr4, for 100 dollars cheaper.
