I had no idea that steak knife nerds existed. Or that people even gave that much thought to steak knives outside of "will it cut my steak?" "does it look nice?" and "is it durable?"

Got these June 2024 for $36.99 in Amazon. They are serrated just not all the way. Used a few times with the other nice dinnerware for guests and they are very stylish and functional. Cut through steak and other proteins like nothing.

I got this set before... Its not great. They are heavy and serrated, but not really sharp. I guess good for dinner, but not "steak" knives.

Also the juice argument is not valid as I did not see much difference in lost juice with one vs other but it sure cuts nice if you have nice expensive steak.
