Great TV but it is hard to pass on the LG G4 which is so much less and has newer tech. The G5 is about to be released if it is not already.

Yea, from a cost perspective, the LG G4 is arguably more tv for the money, but from things I've read/watched I'm not convinced even the G5 will be better in absolute terms than this TV.
my guess is there will also be an "A100L" released soon too, but Sony tends to not "leak" that kind of info like LG does.
