Warranty return, not normal return. You have 24 months to return anything for mechanical/physical defect. I've returned both TVs and laptops in the past without an issue. I've received both credit for a new purchase, or the same device.
The way you worded your post about touchscreen issues, it made it sound like you just walk in and say you want to return it after 4 months, and I would guess that wouldn't be the case and you would need to attempt to get it repaired or replaced like any warranty, not returned just because you want to. 60 days for no-reason return. After that, you have two years warranty (the first year being the manufacturer warranty). Since the Aura 7i is still a current model, I would guess they would first try to repair it under warranty, and at the best, exchange it with another unit since it is still a current model, but return it for a refund? I just don't see that option documented anywhere.

I have this laptop. The screen, while not OLED, is very nice and bright. The speakers are some of the best I've ever heard on a laptop. Big, responsive touchpad. The only downsides are the single USB-A port and no ethernet. I like that it has USB-C on both sides.
Battery life is decent, but nowhere near the estimates that I've seen in some reviews. Maybe because I tend to run my screen on higher brightness.

That will do it. The long battery life claims are at low brightness and keyboard lights off. Still a huge improvement compared to cpus from previous gens.

I've got this laptop and a couple ASUS laptops with OLED (plus I've had ThinkPad's with OLED) and my desktop screen is a 32" 4K QD-OLED and I found I could make this display even more like OLED buy using the Intel Graphics software app and bumping up the saturation by 10-20 (depending on your taste). I also disabled the panel self refresh and the Display Power Saving Technology for some reason that I can't exactly recall at the moment but I love how it looks now.

Saw this post this morning and bought one impulsively. I am impressed. Great screen, keyboard, and port selection. Okay build quality and touchpad. Zero fan noise. Minimal heat. Early to comment on battery life but looks very promising. Time to sell my m2 mba.
Minor complaints: Not a haptic touchpad. Screen is too reflective.
Mine was "good". Looks new minus some sticker residues. 3 battery cycles.
