You can split pmt up to 3, pay $350 from each of your two 15% Chase, and rest to Amex 100 off 500, and the 13% cherry on the top. You have the purchase protection from Amex too even partial pmt

Yes, it is their generation after 14th (can think of it as the 15700k). Rides on new socket, LGA 1851, hence a new motherboard is needed if upgrading from previous gens.
It is generally considered a lackluster upgrade, as was the 13th and14th gen, not just because AMD destroys intel when it comes to gaming, but even their previous gen 14700k beats it in several tests.
Not all bad. It still does ok with gaming, very well in most productivity, consumes less power than previous gen- and since intel's newest CPUs are considered a dud, can be found at a cheaper price/performance then several AMD rivals.

4060ti 8gb is a garbage GPU that will choke on its own VRAM bandwidth

nobody should ever spend this much money for an 8gb GPU, let alone the worst one

How this is not at negative up votes is beyond me
