Did you already have the mount installed on the wall or did they do that too? I'd be surprised if they happened to have tools with them.
I have a pre existing wall mount for the 77B2 that this is replacing, and purchased a new mount for this as well.

I had no idea I was eligible, but I tried signing up using my work e-mail (as requested). Was surprised to see I was eligible as I work for a relatively small company.

Can't hurt to try.

I would have taken this deal over the one I purchased with the ST-80 soundbar. No way to adjust this.

If you're looking for the 83" C4 instead, the Perks10 code works on that model as well. Just picked it up for $2,735 (including tax and free shipping) AND a free 43" LG TV. The C4 83" seems to be going for around $3k before tax, so this seemed like a solid deal!

This seems great at face value, I'm concerned about the LG store experience vs Costco and the fact that it's another $250 to get only a 3 year extended warranty.

I think even if it costs a little more, I may just do the $1,999 Costco deal. I can just go pick it up tomorrow, and the 5 year coverage and local box store convenience is worth a handful to me.

Anybody else struggling with which one to do? lol

With the expensive warranty and Perks10 it seems to come within 100 bucks of Costco, minus 2 years of warranty and a long wait time for delivery.

No, Veteran/Military, Student w/valid EDU, Employee/Employer discount, and non-LG employer perks such as USfoods Perkspot.

Was in the same boat. Ordered from Costco last night and was going to pull the trigger on this and cancel the Costco order, but decided it would be better to deal with Costco than LG Partner store. Read on the LGOLED subreddit people have had issues, but it's a mixed bag. Just depends if the extra warranty is worth it to you. I took advantage on those storage racks another poster made, so I got a pretty good deal all-in-all.

Costco all the way! Can't imagine the hassle if things go not as planned with lg partners
I'm holding tight for a Costco or local retailer. I get it though but I'm not gonna be froggy when the next deal is around the corner with these

Glad I'm not the only one. Honestly I think if you price these with comparable warranties (Costco being an extra year), and the $100 cash card, the deals pretty much even out.

I don't know about anybody else but I'll never spend $2,000 on a TV and not have a large warranty with it. It's kind of a joke that 1 year is the new standard for high end electronics.

The convenience of them deliver is 10x better. Many dont have a truck. Also they would need help setting them up. And the time to pickup and set up urself. If ur making 50$ an hr I would think it be at least 4 hrs to go pickup bring home and setup. X2 since u would need another set of helping hands. My 2 cents. This is an insane deal for oled 83" and I would have jumped on this deal but already bought the 98" tcl from previous holiday.

How do you get the $100 cash card at Costco?
