For what it's worth, studies show that PTFE lasts longer than ceramic coating. That's because PTFE is soft and flexible while ceramic is brittle. A few impacts and the ceramic will chip.

You can chip off the non-stick coating on most of these pans and eat it in your food, if you wanted anyway. Teflon(PTFE) is inert and is safe if you accidentally eat some of it.
I use non-stick pans myself because it's easy mainly. I wouldn't buy this set in this deal in particular because it seems really cheap. Not saying you should spend $100 on one non-stick pan but maybe something Ikea sells or a cheap T-fal would be a better option. The bigger concern to me than any safety issues is that they're eventually disposable pans, and it's one more thing in the landfill eventually. Although for me anyway I can get at least 3 years out of the pans I've bought. Also, if you're going to buy a pan because you want food to not stick to it, either get real PTFE teflon pans or get cast iron. Don't bother with ceramic pans, just get stainless steel at that point.
