This popular model offers the benefit of being able to easily move the hose reel from one location to another. Holds up to 125 feet of 5/8-inch garden hose. 6-1/2-foot inlet hose included. Backed by ELEY's industry-leading 10-YEAR No-Leak, No-Fail Guarantee & Warranty.

This does not come with a garden hose.

It is expensive, but this is probably the closest to a buy for life as I can get for a garden hose reel. I've had one for years and it still works and looks like it did new.

There are some upgrades you can add to make it hold more feet of hose, or add two more wheels.

It looks like the 15% off might be site wide.

The ELEY garden hoses are probably the best I've ever used.

... and it will be even more expensive. Many people are buying before the price jumps. Anything in May will come with the extra "charges".

these are the best. if you heavily use garden hoses, then it's worth it.

I knew this wasn't going to be a popular deal but I've had mine for 10 years. No leaks or issues.

Before I bought this, for 10 years I had already replaced 4 of those box style reels that were between $100-200 each. They eventually leaked or the plastic broke. I only got 3 years out of those before they weren't worth keeping any longer.

Essentially - I figured I'd look for a "buy it for life" option after the last box reel exploded and found this on reddit. If I could add up all the box style reels I'd had, I probably spent over $400.

This was popular about 5 months ago in another post that gave 20% off: https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/fp/1030569

It's certainly expensive, but if you can afford, it's totally worth it.

I'm waffling on whether to get an Eley reel/hose combo now or wait until the BF sale. I guess the question is whether 85% of the current prices or 75% of the November prices would be lower.
