As a de-fogging tool????
When I was 16 and still an idiot without higher education at the time, I used Rain-X anti-fog snake oil.
I'll never again use anything that is de-fog for interior windows. You can literally de-fog your car FOR FREE.
Set your air conditioning or heat to recycle the air and turn on A/C (yes even in the winter)
Fog is caused by humidity, Air conditioning literally removes humidity from the air. That's why you have a puddle of water under your car after you've driven with the A/C on.

Using the ac will definitely de-fog interior glass however if someone is on the auto repair struggle bus just using heat defrost to have the inside temperature to equalize with the outside of the glass without ac to remove the moisture will prevent or reduce fogging.

I intentionally and specifically stated that it was once I had a higher education (after 16 years old = College) that I was taught and learned about humidity and air conditioning. I learned it in freshman physics.
