I think that MSRP is grossly overestimated…
I've never seen a rack set ever come with weights.

I have this for couple of months in my garage . So far good . Something's feel little shaky if u drop the bar . May be because it's foldable . This is regular price.
I also have had this mounted in my garage for about 2 months. It wasn't too difficult to mount to the wall over the drywall. Just bolt on a 2x8 at the top and bottom to the studs using lag bolts. Be sure to center the lag bolts on the studs. Then mount the rack onto the two 2x8s using shorter lag bolts. Piece of cake. Only issue is that I mounted the rack on a side wall and my garage slab slopes slightly from the house to the garage door. So the rack is mounted level to the actual ground. That means the leveling feet need to be adjusted a little more when closing the rack down for the day.

I'm a newbie with weightlifting and haven't honestly used the pulleys too much. I got a barbell to go with it and some BalanceFrom and Everymate bumper weights. I have been doing a simple 5-3-1 routine that doesn't even use much of the rack. My wife and son have been using the pulleys though and have not complained at all.

Price has been a little better than this. I posted a $370 deal also from Walmart in March 2025 but was told that was the regular price by one of the two commenters. I have never seen it below $400, so I disagree but whatev. I purchased it for $405 in November 2024. Temu probably does have it cheaper though maybe it's unbranded. Probably made in the same factory or across the street. Not sure how tariffs are gonna impact this stuff though.

Thank you so much for the reply.

Yes I'm afraid to buy it from Temu. It looks the same in everything. But not sure.
Amazon have it for $440
Walmart $409
Temu $260.
