I'm seeing $199, NOT $99. Huge difference there!

Confirming this works for $99. You have to try different stores. I had to try another state. Saw on Reddit and multiple people confirmed it works.

Got the canceled notice as well. Glad those that moved faster on it got the deal. My order was ready for pick up shortly after ordering yesterday but I love procrastinating so I missed out lol.
Same. Give them a call? My store said they'd honor it but who knows.

Exactly, this is insane. If someone paid with debit card, then Lowes deducted more than double the approved amount and the person has to wait for their orders to be refunded. If Lowes wanted to cancel the promotion, they should have cancelled the batteries AND the tool. Cancelling one item and automatically charging the card for the INCREASED amount of the order is absurd.

And again, I'm disappointed Paypal's system allowed this.
100% agree on this one. I was notified that 1 of my 2 orders was ready for pickup yesterday afternoon. Then I received notification this morning that the battery from each order was cancelled and I was charged the increased amount for the tool only, completely without my authorization. Absurd. I've escalated this issue to Lowe's customer support and expect the original orders to be fulfilled either at another local store (where even more absurdly those batteries are in stock) or via home delivery.

Re all the cancellations, this is why you take the fastest method of delivery and/or pick up ASAP on price mistake deals. I was willing to risk losing out so I didn't go until after work, but I knew the longer I waited the higher the risk someone would catch on.

My purchase went through yesterday, then today I get an email that they've canceled the batteries from my order (which was ready to pick up as of yesterday afternoon). they removed the 2 batteries from my order and charged me full price for the tool. I was able to cancel the rest of the order and they say they won't charge my card

that would be a HUGE ymmv. my store had the gall to call me and let me know "because sale ended yesterday" they cancelled my order today and were doing me a favor by cancelling the rest of the tools (at full price) as they didn't want me to pay full price.. so nice of them to think that.

Just got my pick up order cancelled when it was ready for pick up yesterday. They also charged my card for the difference of the full price of tool as they only cancelled the batteries. The store said it's because they did inventory and saw they were out of stock but how is that possible when the full order was ready for pick up yesterday.

Picked up 3 tools and 6 batteries without incident yesterday...
Make sure to check how much you were charged. They added another charge later to mine without my authorization.

Ran into the same situation as everyone else...didn't pick up the order yesterday and today had the batteries canceled and the additional charge. Went to the store, talked to the manager...they were confused as hell and didn't know what to do. I was persistent about my order being ready yesterday and what I was originally charged so the manager canceled my original order completely without a charge, then did an over ride on both items so they'd ring up for what I was to originally pay...he new what that it was a price mistake on Lowe's part but because I was patient and kept my cool, he ate the loss and I got my full order.

Ordered for pickup yesterday shortly after deal going live. Got ready for pickup confirmation a few hours later and I should've went to pick it up after work yesterday evening but was lazy. This morning I got the email cancellation that they were cancelling the batteries and it showed the tool as full price. Went to the store shortly after that and asked if I could get my order, the employees said they weren't sure why the batteries were cancelled they said no one in their store cancelled it. They said they had 7 other orders like this where the batteries were cancelled. I think it must've been corporate that caught on to the price mistake. My batteries and tool were right there in the pickup area already picked out so it wasn't like the batteries were out of stock or something. The employees were really nice about it and put the batteries back on the order and then the price went to $199+tax not the $99 deal. Good thing I noticed that and pointed it out, they honored the deal price and refunded me the $100. So YMMV you might get really nice employees that will help you out.

My online order got cancelled for the battery, but they charged me full price for the SDS drill only at $246. What the hell Lowe's. Is that even legal on their part?

$317 total for 3 sets so I'm good, pretty sure the issue is only when corporate or whoever pulled the rug on everyone who hadn't picked up, they cancelled the batteries thereby killing the deal and making the tool only portion full MSRP instead of part of a combo deal.

Paid with gift card, received cancellation this morning. Went to the store anyway since they only canceled the battery and not the tool and they didn't charge more on my gift card. When I got to the store, the system couldn't release the order and the employee was confused as hell about the error. They are nice enough and end up creating a new order and override the price, and cancelled the original order.

The employee also mentioned the cancellation is not coming from the store but from the corporate. Whoever trying to fix their price mistake in the corporate office just made things worse for everyone including their coworkers to cover their ass.

I'm in the same boat. On the chat, the rep said sorry, the batteries were out of stock and that it was a decision made by the store. When I pointed out that the deal was still available at the same store but for $199, I suddenly got disconnected.

I got the "ready for pick-up" email on Thursday.

I was unable to get to Lowes until Friday afternoon. I went in with my email showing ready for pick-up and they told me that I cancelled the order and I owed another $100+ for the router.

I paid with gift card balances in my Lowe's wallet. They asked if I'd gotten another email so I looked, and sure enough I had the partial order cancellation.

I asked for the manager and after a while, he honored the original price and I left w/the router and my batteries.

Funny thing is, I saw several other battery and tool combos awaiting pickup. I'm thinking that my order was cancelled due to the tool being twice the price of the batteries.

Regardless, I was happy at the end as I got what I paid for, for the price I paid.
