CONS
Mechanism to hold weights on loosens CONSTANTLY
Bench bar is an absolute kick in the nuts to put on in any reasonably easy way with full weights
Would not trust bench bar with full weights
Individual weights are comically thick and large for the weight so don't expect to be doing any tricep extensions or anything behind the head for that matter lol
CONCLUSION
For the price buy a couple sets like I did and you'll have two sets of dumbbells for different exercises . Happy with my purchase but I will absolutely need more to fill out upper body needs
the post office actually delivered both of mine
not bad for $30 each set
