I stumbled on those $1 NOS Bosch Pitbull Xtreme bits only hours after seeing a video with high praise for one of them: HS1470 "Viper," though Bosch has been pretty inconsistent with that name. I was strongly considering Amazon's asking price for that one after seeing this recommendation:

…though it's likely I would've ended up buying the "Warrior" 3 piece SDS+ chisel set from Harbor Freight. They also had a set of 5 masonry bits. Now $20ea, I think both sets have gone up since last summer.
I used the Bosch Viper for breaking up some actual stone elsewhere in the yard… much harder than that concrete footer demo with the Bosch point chisel. I expect Warrior might work just as well but maybe wouldn't last as long.
The core bit for running electrical conduit through a cinder block wall came from an Ace Hardware that was closing down a few months ago but I hear many people rent those… along with an SDS Max! I didn't need such a big one for an electrical conduit.
