Mine was just 1 tool at 4:19pm, still pending shipment.
I wouldn't blame them for cancelling orders for people who bought like 10+ copies, but hopefully for repeat customers who just made normal orders they honor them.

This is my first time ordering from them, but there are all tools I need (I will sell the batteries though). I will certainly buy from them again in the future!

This seems like a corporate mistake at Dewalt since it happened at multiple retailers. I think Acme is probably going to bat for their customers telling Dewalt to honor the advertised price.

Those of us who were able to get in-store got the tools for the price before they fixed the website, WERE able to complete the deal. When I was entering the store, I saw another guy my age walking out with the exact dewalt battery box and a tool. 98% sure he got in on this deal too.
But I'm playing with my new 3" cutoff tool, got some $1 cutoff disks, and got a 3-3/8" saw but wondering if thats too big for this tool.

Thats messed up, definately contact your CC and tell them the discrepancy IF acme won't remove their 2nd illegal charge.
I checked my CC for the order of one tool deal I got and picked up in store:

And no double charge or 2nd charge yet so I think I'm good.

Dam. I got charged $246 for the bare sds drill from Lowe's, and they cancelled my battery. The SDS drill is arriving today.

If I were you, I'd call Lowe's and complain and either force them to send you a battery at the $99 or give you a substantial coupon. The fact that you need to waste your time returning the tool because they upped the price on you now isn't right.

That's a charge back. You approved one price. They can't inflate the price without consent.

It happened to a lot of ppl on Reddit as well. Lowes cancelled the online battery order , but charging full prices for the bare tools.

Happened to me as well but mine was for pickup so they didn't hit my credit card for anything but the temp authorization. If I'd had an order shipping and they did it, I'd be livid.
