Anyone know a good way to hang these without drilling holes into the block walls? I figure these last 2 to 3 years and don't want to put holes in the wall.

According to reviews they won't last (one review specifically compared to dollar store). Rust and battery issues. I prefer ones with motion sensors so the batteries aren't stressed with constant use

I didn't realize these lights lack motion sensors—thanks for pointing that out. Rep given.

The best economical outdoor solar lights I've bought with motion sensing were EZBASICS [amazon.com]. I bought three 4-packs for $15 each about three years ago. Their build quality is excellent, their brightness is impressive, and their motion sensing works superbly even today.

They were so remarkable that my neighbor noticed them, complimented the lights, and asked where I got them. I purchased another 4-pack as a gift since they were quite affordable at the time. Unfortunately, those specific EZBASICS lights seem to be out of stock everywhere now. I regret not buying more, as they are easily the best I've tried.

Yeah, I cancelled my order once I realized that. I like the sealing on those lights you linked, that's a great single gasket design.
