Good price. Got this item several weeks ago for $29.97 due to an overlapping $20 off promo combined with previous $49.97 clearance price that was available for a few hours. I wonder if the clearance price will drop down to that in the next few weeks.

That's a great question. Costco has one of the best return policies in the world.

If it's more cheaper within one month, you can just take it to the register and get the $10 taken off

No you just plug it in but since you said you have an old house I assume that means you have old wiring that has breakers that trip so you shouldn't be using electric heat as it's very inefficient.

saw this for 49.97 online couple in March and couldn't resist buying it, got it and been using it and it's fantastic, doesn't put out a lot of heat but overtime it gets the room warm, good price for this, probably will get another one at this price for work

I would check your local Costco, you might get lucky. I picked one of these up 1-2 months ago for $20. They had one unit tucked away in the back, marked down and labeled "door won't open". I am assuming it was returned by another customer who made that statement and Costco did not realize that the door is not made to open.

I bought in January for sale for 60 bucks, so that is definitely better price,I may check other local costco to see if they have any laying around. FYI, it is a very basic device. I had plans to put it on timer or remote control, but it completely resets if power is cut
