Fwiw, I cook on one of these outdoors here in Maine all year round. Well I dont often do it during the bitter cold weeks we have in mid winter, but it works then too if you just it preheat longer.

I have the Members Mark griddle and I absolutely love it. That being sad, you can't go wrong with this Blackstone deal if you can get it because it comes with the cover. The Sam's Club one doesn't. I bought a hard cover on Amazon for like $100 or so.
So if you can get this deal, I would get the Blackstone.
