Yes, Nintendo has stated that Nintendo Switch 1 controllers, including this, the Pro Controller and Joy-Cons, will generally be compatible with the Nintendo Switch 2. However, there may be some exceptions, particularly with features unique to the Switch 2's Joy-Cons 2, such as mouse controls. Additionally, some accessories like the Ring-Con and Leg Strap, used with Ring Fit Adventure, will require the original Joy-Cons, not the Switch 2's.
