Hmm, sorry, did you check the app? It showed up on both product pages for me, but the CVS flyer says "Get a $4 off ExtraCare coupon in the CVS app." Sorry I left that detail out! Hopefully you're able to replicate

I didn't see it either. I ended up making a new account and extra care card, and they sent me a 4 off 10 which worked for this deal.

I was only able to get this down to $6.29 + 8.49 - $3.00 -$4.00 = 7.78 ($6.00 extra bucks back)

Close enough for me

Make sure throw in 2 Crest toothpastes = $5.00 + (50% off one) - $4.00 coupon - $2.00 coupon = 5.00 + 2.50 - 4.00 - 2.00 = $1.50 for 2 tubes !!! (No extra bucks back though)

Make sure you're putting in the correct shade. If you scroll down, it will show if those shades will work with the coupon. I had to play around, but got it to work.

Parroting this comment for visibility,
Some CVS coupons only show up on their app, not on the website. Once the coupon is "clipped" through the app, it will then show up even on the website.

question for the CVS ECB experts. I did this deal but I dont see my ECB. Turns out they did a substitution (which wasnt very apparent at all) for one the items (just a different shade) but still sb eligible for ECB.

Do i need to return or contact customer service? Will they give me a hard time? I took screenshots cuz I dont trust the CVS ECB system. Appreciate the thoughts.

Did you still not get the EB? Sometimes it takes some time. If you still haven't received them, I'd call before returning. I've had to call in a couple of times and they've always been very accommodating.
