Don't buy these.
I have a bunch of these are they used crappy plastic.
All of mine have warped. Still work but these won't last.

With the right equipment yes. Tesla Model 3 has a 55kwh battery. This panel would theoretically charge it in about 423 sun hours or roughly 70 sunny days near the equator with no losses and parasitic draws

This is a 130 watt panel. The 130 watts is probably in ideal peak sun conditions (only around 3-4 hrs per day). A standard household level 2 charger, like Tesla wall charger is around 11.5 kW, or 11,500 watts. So you would need about 88 panels to provide the power of a wall charger. If comparing it to supercharging, a supercharger can provide up to 250kW. You would need around 1,920 panels to match those speeds.

can this charge an EV?
In short, it cant meaningfully contribute to charging an ev. Too little power, much pricier missing components to get to ev charging compatible AC voltage, typically including inverter and batteries.

Theoretically possible. But, you'd need 15-20 of these panels and a very high quality solar controller and an inverter. You might as well put solar on your house.

I cannot find efficiency in the ebay listing but the OP says "23% efficiency". ooouch.
How's that bad? Seems like most solar panels fall between 22 to 24% efficiency.

That is a good efficiency for solar panels.

I have a river as well, and use a different 100w panel to charge. You can use a charge controller and charge via 12v, or you can buy their xt60 adapter from ecoflow which come up on slickdeals often, and go directly from the panel to the river for faster charging.

The problem is efficiency, current vehicles are wildly inefficient. This is why I am excited for the Aptera, amazing strides in efficiency lead to their claims of yielding 40mi per day (sans climate control ofc) with the 700W of onboard solar panels.

No but about 15 of them might. Maybe if they rolled out all stitched together like a car cover when parked it could actually produce meaningful power.
