I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.
It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

Update: I was able to pick the plan after verification of id, but failed after selecting express delivery. did a refresh of the page and was then able to enter the address and used paypal for payment. it went through and charged to my credit card, but item is still showing in my shopping cart. reaching out to support now.
Another update: support found out the order is not there, transferring me to customer care. position 64 in queue. i am not going to make it.
Once I get it I'll try g voice or tello to port in.
