I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.
It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

Also, I was going to port over my google voice number. I don't really use it except for 2FA with less important accounts like twitter. After the two months should I port it back or can I just create a new google voice number?
