I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

I'm a noob to this. I have ATT prepaid. If I use my number, which I want to do as I want to use it, for the deal, does it cut my ATT access right away? Or will it only begin once I have the phone and begin activation? I heard the recall rumors. I don't mind the wait, I just don't want to lose my number.

Otherwise, if I use Google voice, can I use my primary number later for porting or is it only whatever I use for the initial order?

No you can keep using your ATT prepaid service until you activate the new phone and port your number over.
I'm sure you could use a Google Voice number and then port your primary number later, but I'm guessing that would require working with Customer Service, which I would try to avoid.
Also note that you can verify the purchase with one number and then activate/port later with a different number, at least according to random people online.

Oh wow, shocking that someone couldn't figure it out — must've been really tough. I mean, I get it, if copying something simple is too advanced, it might feel like it doesn't work. But yes, it absolutely can be ported out — I'm literally using that number right now on a Moto Stylus 5G with Total Wireless. Imagine that!
This is the second number I tried to port out for the Moto Razr. And surprise, surprise — the phone never showed up. So now I'm stuck holding onto this number a bit longer, waiting for a better deal. But hey, just to be clear — the T-Mobile Network Pass number can 100% be ported out if you do it the right way. And yes, it's free.

My package finally made it back to TW. No refund and not a word from TW. I have just filed a claim through PayPal against them. We will see what happens.

I'd be interested to hear what TW support has to say now that your package was returned, but I understand if you don't want to talk to them lol. I guarantee the first thing the rep would say was that it was delivered to you and then once that was cleared up, they would say they can't refund the plan purchase because it was not refundable.

That why I am letting PayPal handle it I trust them I don't trust TW and I agree with you TW customer support is a joke. I spent hours on phone with them and they had no idea what I was talking about and knew nothing they were useless,and everyone was overseas and couldn't make them understand a thing
