I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

The rep also stated that the customers in addition to be blacklisted will also get twice hourly call from random TW phones numbers, including nights and weekend to their phone number that was used to port when order was originally submitted. Including spoofing the phone numbers that the customer normally receives. Let us know when you get these phone calls plz.

I'm giving it a try. If they actually ship quickly, I may get it in time (not expecting it, but it's possible).

Worst case I figure I just go with a google number or something and tell them the old number no longer works.

Called TW just to see;

First agent blamed my address but then transferred me to corporate

Second agent then blamed my address for being incorrect. Once they verified my address was correct they then claimed that the driver attempted to deliver it but no one was home, when it was pointed out that the 'Return to sender' request was sent prior to it loading on the truck I was put on hold for 10 minutes who then just told me to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. No reason for the cancellation, nor would they make a ticket to find out what the issue was - was told if I wanted to be TW customer I could just go to Walmart and get a phone there 🫠

Guess I'll cancel my Clicks order since there is no way I trust this company with another order
