I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.
It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

I have a question for those who know how porting numbers work.
I have a pre-paid Mint Mobile card, one of those 20GB 3-month prepaids... and it's coming due in 7 days.
It appears as if I can order using the number on it, as it gets verified to port on the Total wireless site. My question is, can I actually port the number if the Razr comes in say, 10-14 days from now, after the prepaid card has expired? Number likely still exists, just with no funds on it. How does that work exactly?

8:43 P.M. DELIVERED
Worst case I figure I just go with a google number or something and tell them the old number no longer works.

First agent blamed my address but then transferred me to corporate
Second agent then blamed my address for being incorrect. Once they verified my address was correct they then claimed that the driver attempted to deliver it but no one was home, when it was pointed out that the 'Return to sender' request was sent prior to it loading on the truck I was put on hold for 10 minutes who then just told me to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. No reason for the cancellation, nor would they make a ticket to find out what the issue was - was told if I wanted to be TW customer I could just go to Walmart and get a phone there ðŸ«
Guess I'll cancel my Clicks order since there is no way I trust this company with another order
