I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.
It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

My order date 05/17, "Pending remote fulfillment"
Now it is no longer as a pre-order, but the ship date for past orders is not exists. New orders are shipped by 6/10. My green one order on 9 may 2025 is still languishing in pending fulfillment despite having been paid for over two weeks. I know I was a really late pre-order, but this is a long time.
They should explain what is going on and why there is such a long delay. It is clear that they had the phones in distributor inventory.

I've always checked the status by logging into my TW account on the website. When I followed the link in the email as you said, it does show 'Pending remote fulfillment'. Thanks!

To people who were able to cancel their orders, how did you do it? I tried probably 5x via chat with different agents but they all keep telling me it's not possible to cancel.
Some may have been able to get support to cancel due to all the confusion about delayed shipping & returned orders but now that items are actually shipping there's no more cancelling.
