I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.
It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

-Checkout didn't show the 3 month plan and I added an extra month trying to complete the promo.
-I had a blocked initial order because I had to restart twice, so the security algorithm blocked me and I had to wait about 8 hrs for it to clear.
-The returned shipment fiasco.
-Contact made via TW site chat; agent was friendly and was actually upset when he found out he hadn't been told about all the promo errors.
-Contact made via TW social media; they actually knew of the returned shipments and said I would be emailed when it was time. Never was.
-I was able to activate on TW site and start the port request without the phone because an IMEI showed for my account. Not sure if it will match actual device.
-No update to my UPS tracking and no shipment email, or any TW contact.
-Phone arrived today, I didn't get it until late because I was gone all day. Label shows it was the halted shipment. 2nd label shows next day air to me from the 22nd.
-Received % points, but not the $90 bonus CB; Capital One said it had to be provided by TW. I'll wait to call on Tuesday 27th due to US holiday.
**UPDATES**
- Also have the IMEI error. Definitely remove the device from your account.
- Text to my GV number from TW, port request compete as of Friday @1731hrs PDT
I will update if any activation or port errors.

(Note: Motorola did not change the body for the 2025, so if you can only find the case you want in "2024" vers, it should still fit. But hold onto receipts just in case.)
