I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

Someone activated my phone before I got to remove it from my account. Spent two hours trying to get them to unlink it, but they eventually just hung up on me. CSR number is now busy cannot access.. lol what joke.

Ordered on May 9, the green color one and got an email yesterday saying there is a new activation in your account, followed by a order shipped email with tracking number with in few minutes.
Hoping it will come without going back etc like many have experienced. Status is UPS do not have the possession of the item yet.

Absolutely disaster. Phone was sent to me, sent back just before being delivered, new phone arrived yesterday and I've spent 4 hours on the phone and chat support, customer service, port department, loss prevention and they cannot do anything. I've been told to request a charge back via my bank to settle it, then buy another plan on my account. They can't find any of my order numbers, no ticket numbers or transactions, nothing, even when I provide the specific order numbers and tickets. They have done 3 port requests, asked for my email, imei, sim card number, address etc about 30 times now since each time they have zero record of any information. They asked for my credit card info which I refused since they've already given all of my account info over to another customer having the same issue as me. My account info, including address and credit card info was moved to another email address, along with my purchase history. Couldn't imagine buying a phone would create so much hassle and still literally have no solution. I'm on hold for a supervisor for the last 35 mins. Not sure anyone knows what is going on and now my personal info and credit card was given up freely to another customer that called in, they told me their name and everything, just speaking to the insane level of fraud they are allowing to happen with no solution available. Fair warning, if you even get a phone, its gonna be an absolute mess. Sorry for the rant, but hoping someone sees this and runs as far away as possible.

Same thing happened to me.

They also hijacked my account after activating the phone that was tied to it in the total wireless system, so I cannot log into their website and somebody out there now has control of my account and can see all of my personal information and has my credit card linked to their account.

I've already spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service across 2 different calls, and I've been hung up on both times. I am now waiting on hold for a 3rd attempt.

activate it on Tracfone for 2 months and unlocked. They have a $20. plan.

Update: about 20 mins with supervisor and he got the service fixed. He said non-supervisors do not have any access to fix this due to the shipping errors that occurred. I still have my pending investigation with Fraud Department, but the service portion is handled and the phone has service. The port in will finalize in 5 days, but the phone has outgoing service already. When you call, ask to speak with Porting Department and then immediately to a Suoervisor. My Rep claimed there were no supervisors but after the 4th request they sent me over to one, had to wait about 45 mins but did get one. Supervisors are the only ones that can assist and have access to the proper system to address the port and imei issues. Good luck.

So they activated my phone on someone's profile. I bet they will activate my real phone in my account which somebody has it physically. The people whonhave my phone may or may or may not hijack my profile when they activate their phone. So I went ahead and put some junk name and address for my wallet and then locked my Creditcard..

They won't let delete all payment methods in profile looks like...

Look at my posts. I warned everybody multiple times not to use TW as their primary line..Only lovers use TW as their primary lines.

Update - I was able to add the phone to my profile...

Ordered the green one two days ago (5/22). Shipping label was created yesterday, and just now the package was picked up by UPS. Looks like the latest batch are being shipped from a different warehouse (Louisville, KY).
