I'm a 6'1" 210 lb male and it's definitely a tight fit and you'll have to use a lot of ice each time in order to actually get it down to a low enough temp that your body won't warm up the water immediately, but for this cheap I'd say it's a solid way to try out cold plunges and see if they're for you. I'll generally fill it up about 60% of the way and then put 2 bags of ice (20lbs each, 40 total) which will bring it up to nearly 3/4 full, and once I'm in it'll be almost completely full, can get the water up to my neck/chin but I have to sit criss cross applesauce and my knees are touching the sides generally.
