You qualify if you owned a Siri Device and had confidential or private communications were obtained by Apple and/or were shared with third parties as a result of an unintended Siri activation between September 17, 2014 to December 31, 2024. You need a serial number or proof of purchase.

Only need to have owned the device or do you have to prove that Siri was enabled, or can determine if it was enabled? How do we know if our convos were shared with third parties? I wonder what was "unintended Siri activation", Like when Siri doesn't go away after a long time? what kind of third parties?

Got mine also, for $32.08. Email looks sketchy, but researched and it's legit. Not going to claim it with direct bank routing numbers though. I've sent an email requesting a paper check, as I've read others have done that too.
