Two different stores used. Order flowers. Double dash pops up. Order from stores with $75 or $50 banner, promo code auto applies. Done.

Also don't forget to tip on both orders folks! As your orders may be split between 2 dashers.

Support didn't know what was going on. They escalated it to their support team and refunded me the money for the order (since it was future scheduled). I ended up getting a $30 credit for my trouble and didn't actually spend anything. Likely helped that I've been dashpass since 2022 so they are normally quick to help.

I tried it again without scheduling in the future and same issue happen, I think the issue is that because it was a non-national store the flowers werent being registered as flowers, not sure.

Dash pass here as well and can't get hold of support. Long wait. What support channel did you have success with and how long did it take you to get to a rep?

At 9 AM the online chat was "1 minute" for 15 minutes so I called and got through pretty fast. Later on I tried live chat and go through someone within a minute.

Intersting. No one still on chat. Got someone on call after 2+ hours and ended up getting refunded. She said there is a list of stores eligible for this promo that she can check against but the list is not publicly available to be shared with people. That's messed up.

Success here. Got flowers from a local flower shop scheduled a few hours in advance on the same day. For the double dash, I got a bunch of stamps from CVS. Didn't have to do anything special, the promo just came up automatically and took $75 off. Confirmed there was NO markup on the stamps at all. Used a discounted Doordash gift card to pay for it all. Worked flawlessly, but then again all of my stuff ended up being in stock. It's a risk for sure, but it worked out for me. Hope the same for you!

yes, it showed up for me under flowers until probably 2 hours ago but not anymore. Lets see if it still shows up for others who haven't redeemed yet.

I waited 1.5 hours and nobody answered. The chat is useless and all they did was transferred me. No help. I ended up getting charged full price.
