I placed an order for flowers, roughly $45. The $75 credit popped up and I ordered $79 in Sushi, it said the total was $4.
I got a cc text I had 2 charges. One for $45. One for $79. Ugh. I went to doordash chat and got the phone number. They offered to cancel as the order wasn't assigned. I said go ahead.
I checked the receipts and I was charged $45 and $79. I got nothing delivered as they canceled. I hopped on chat: they say no refunds are possible. I ask to escalate and they say there are no escalations. I guess it's time for 2 charge backs.

Doesn't work. Says it's excluded. I feel like quite a bit of people might have missed the fact that you might need to apply the promo during checkout because it doesn't auto apply. For the gift card, when I tried to add the promo, it said product is excluded so no go on those unfortunately

Bought overpriced flowers, coupon pops up after buying, I add my items up to $75 off it says, at checkout No discount. I contact support they suggest I update the app? Seriously all they could do is say update or use the app

Worked for me. There were 4 stores to pick from for me -7/11, cvs, walgreens, and sprouts. It looks like only certain items apply from each doubledash store. At checkout, they actually suggested more items to buy from the doubledash store, but I didn't try adding them because I was scared that they wouldn't apply and it would mess up the deal. Interestingly, the $75 can actually be used to cover the service fee.

This deal has too much baggage to be worth it for me. Don't want to risk cancellations, substitutions, having to contact support and now commenters saying the set of qualifying items is shifting. Don't know what stores I can buy from until after I make first purchase-- I don't like the terms of this promotion. Too much is in the air. Happy for those who scored.

I paid a total of $18 for flowers from Aldi, and I got $75 of a Red Lobster feast for lunch, and I paid additional $11 tip for it.
10 minutes later, my Red Lobster order was cancelled with the following message: "Unfortunately, your order from Red Lobster was cancelled because we were unable to process the order with the store. You can get credit that can be used immediately, otherwise you'll get a refund.".
I AM MAD!
Is there a way to fight this Door Dash scam?

I just did this promo. It went smoothly. I bought some flowers from Dash Mart and then had 15 minutes to double dash. There were 4 or 5 stores near me that participated in the $50/75 promo offer. Two dashers picked my orders in a timely manner. Thanks DoorDash!
