Not exactly. The serving size is different so it's a bit closer when you normalize it.
But yeah, other than being organic, these really don't seem all much better than even Walmart's Bran Flakes, which are always cheap (and unfortunately also have more sugar than they should).

I've tried this and prepare for your jaw to get a good workout. These have a bit too much crunch to them compared to others; you may even chip a tooth if you're teeth are not up to the challenge.

I was being extreme to make a point. They're both 1 cup servings. These have 2x the added sugar (5g vs 10g) and 40% more (7g vs 10g) total sugar than the Millville bran flakes per 1 cup servings. All of the sugar in this cereal is added sugar.
