10g sugar per serving too much for me. Like Kashi, I consider Cascadian to be a faux healthy brand.

They're at least Organic/Non-GMO...and of course fiber is important too. Still, Both Kashi and Cascadian cereals are typically $2.99 and often much less at Grocery Outlet (aka Gross-Out).

10 g is too much for me. And one serving for me is like 2-3 of these servings. And I am not too thrilled with the 180 mg of sodium.
