I have both and I normally go back to my 13 year old 9000 after buying replacement arm pads. (They fell apart after 8 years)

The 12000 is 100% worth it at this price and a great chair with good quality w/o going into designer chairs that cost 700+.

(I hear it's better than the Costco chair apparently that's not made for any one over 5'7" to sit comfortably, I'm fine in this chair at 6'3")

If not, I figure I could put it on FB Marketplace or OfferUp and make a few bucks selling it.

Will have to see what happens with my $15 Prepaid Virtual Visa on the blue one they cancelled. So far it shows the virtual visa is still being sent.

Many ppl didn't realize there was another add-on option choice, which was a $15 Virtual Visa instead of the $10 or $15 Uber gift card. It used a different code.
So far, Office Depot has sent several emails today saying these $15 Virtual Visa's are still active and on the way, expected delivery on Monday.
