I have these powerblocks and the Rep x Pepins so I'm familiar with these products. To clarify, the powerblocks have adjustments in 2.5, 5.0, and 10 (not 7.5lbs) using the adder weights.
In terms of fast weight adjustments, the DBs with twisting handles and dials (Nuobells, Snodes, Bowflex, CoreHome Fitness, etc.) are top tier. The downside of these twisting mechanisms are durability. Lots of moving parts and most are plastic. Rep x Pepins are second in speed for weight adjustments compared to the twisting mechanism but come with unparallel durability.

Powerblocks are fairly quick (using a selector pin). They require to be on a flat surface, but all adjustable DBs do. But a notable feature that these Powerblocks have when it comes to dropsets/supersets is that they can be adjusted without the cradle. Its more time/energy consuming during dropsets to have to put the DBs back in the cradle/stand, lower the weights, and bring it back out. But the powerblocks can be done on the floor without a cradle.
