There there. Let's not confuse things with facts and stuff.
Was in Japan for about a month during the end of last year, In no point did I felt I was mistreated for being a tourist at all throughout the duration of my trip. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. just make sure you're following the proper etiquette and learn a couple of common Japanese phrases before arriving. Can't wait to go again.

Japan treats tourists they don't want way better than Americans treat their fellow citizens.
Starting to feel like we're becoming a Communist country. The tourists the Japanese don't want are the disrespectful tourists.
I don't think they like Chinese in particular. Japanese are nice as long as you are considerate and polite.
