Every once in a while one AIB will choose a lower power limit or cheaper components. If I ever question a card, YT has some creators that dive into each model. MSI is usually a good brand for gpus, I'd be surprised if they're significantly worse than PNY. PNY is a relative newcomer in comparison; maybe they can take out the older MSI.

Fair enough. FWIW I fervently swear by MSI motherboards in the last few generations. I know apples to oranges. Last experience with MSI GPU's like 600 or 700 series to be honest and that was just my co workers hate who is now getting this PNY which he also hates laugh out loudlaugh out loudlaugh out loud

What are you talking about? Sure, relative newcomer... must explain why I had a PNY 8800 GT near its launch. FYI, that card had a release date in October of 2007.
