I use them for play/pause and mute -- things that need to be done quickly, often, and for which it's viscerally satisfying to mash a big button.

I'm planning to build a PC in an old dead OG Xbox case and very tempted to buy this to pair with it. If it had a matching gaming mouse included, I might.
