Not a deal, I can find brownie mix at around $1 still in discount stores. Forget brand snobbery.

My Dollar Tree never carried brownie mix or even spice or carrot cake mix. Only the boring stuff like Pillsbury yellow cake mix. They did have some frostings like hot pink and radiant red, even blue, though in the smaller 10oz size. They were perfect for 2-ingredient peanut butter fudge.

I didn't like the chocolate chunks in it, i will need to sift it out. It came out a bit dry even though I used two eggs, how to I solve that, did I over bake it ? I just wanted chocolate cake basically.

I'd prefer getting zero sugar mixes. But I'll probably use half of or 3/4 serving of this and just add in filler like oats, protein powder to be somewhat "healthy". Also use portion of unsweet apple sauce in recipe as egg, butter replacement
