This looks so unsafe to use while drunk. Luckily i never drink so i'll be fine, unless its a classic coke bottle... but at least I won't be drunk while using it...

How would you know about drunken safety if you don't drink? I'd say I handle my knives a bit better a little tipsy

One of the customer review notes that the bottle opener will work with the knife closed. I'll probably use it that way (rather than expose myself to the risk you pointed out).
