- It is unlimited game play, BUT this does NOT work at any game that actually give out a price. Like the rubber duck/Ticket blocks/Game cards/Rubber balls etc.
- There is about 30-40sec pause between each swipes. With 2 kids it wasn't too bad. If you have more, then it will be very annoying.
- As long as you use it at least once a week to make sure you get the 2000 tickets, its worth the $150 for all of summer.
- After you reach the 2000 tickets for the week, You can still paly the games, it just wont give out anymore tickets, it says something like "0 tickets" or "limit reached", i dont recall exact message.
- When you sign up, you get an email with QR code. This need to be scanned EVERYTIME you go there to activate on the D&B card for that day.
- Use the same D&B card, so you can rack up the tickets on the same card
- I had a friend sign up as well, and had him send me his QR code. No ID check, so I was able to use mine and his. I had a separate card dedicated to my friends accounts, so his tickets stayed in that card and I gave that to him when the winter deal was over.
- I had close to 20,000 tickets when winter was done and kids went crazy at the gift shop. They wont forget that.
- You cannot have same QR code activated on two different cards at the same time. I tried it and it deactivated the first one.
- $150 was eell worth the fun for me during 2 months of winter. This deal is about a month longer.
With winterpass, there was a $5 weekly allowance to use toward food/drink, which i don't see this time.
Also, You cout not use D&B gift card to get the winterpass. I would think its the same thing this time around as well. So if you thinking about doing that, do the research before getting the gift card. .

Purchased with gc's today at walk up bar. Bartender had to go get a server tablet to process the purchase.
After that, I checked out what you could buy with tickets and estimate 20k tickets is roughly worth $50. This can go up slightly based on some items being priced better than others, but is a ballpark of what you can expect overall.

1) bought GC from Costco (100 bucks for 80)
2) used to buy the mid tier pass (100 bucks)
They wont take it at the front desk, and the kiost doesn't work with GC. You have to go to the restaurant area and they can help you.
Just an FYI, I was wondering what happens when 1k tickets get capped for the week. The one in the Westbury NY location, you can keep playing any ticket games but just wont get any tickets. Took this opportunity to try out some theories/strategies for future ventures. I also asked what happens if you lose the physical card. The rep said that they can replace as long as you have the receipt or the app with the card added. However, you might not get the accumulated tickets.
I originaally planned to get 2 b/c I have two kids but decided to test run with one. It was a little annoying, but worked out well. For instance, while they were playing a shooting jurrasic park game, I loaded a few more swipes as they played so extra credits would be in there. Made sure there weren't people waiting, and the place was not as crowded as I anticpated.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you play a game that gives you tickets, you cant play another game until that is done. For instance, there was a Ghostbuster's game where you zap to catch ghosts. When I put in one swipe, I coudln't do another until that credit was used up and the tickets accounted for.
Other than that, we felt it was worth it. Might go once a week to get those tickets and let the kids enjoy.
We were able to max out the 2,000 tickets in the time we were there. If you're good at throwing the clown and milk jug games should be easy ways to rack up tickets. I found I was pretty good with the guardians of the galaxy game where you have to drop a ball into a moving train, you can pretty quickly pick up when the best time to drop it. The tickets for landing on the character aren't bad and then once all are lit up you get a minimum 500 point jackpot.
We did lunch there and they were having some serious computer issues so it took a while for them to get the discount applied, and kids drinks are not included in the meal. With the 30% discount and discounted Costco gift cards I end up spending less for a meal here than I would taking them to a fast food restaurant.
This shares a mall with LegoLand discovery center which we also have passes for. Makes for an easy fun day out.
Yes. You can't do it at the kiosk, but I went up to a server and they were able to ring me up on their tablet, it took the gift cards no problem.
