They had similar deal past winter and I had it. With two kids, I got my moneys worth. Here is some details…

- It is unlimited game play, BUT this does NOT work at any game that actually give out a price. Like the rubber duck/Ticket blocks/Game cards/Rubber balls etc.
- There is about 30-40sec pause between each swipes. With 2 kids it wasn't too bad. If you have more, then it will be very annoying.
- As long as you use it at least once a week to make sure you get the 2000 tickets, its worth the $150 for all of summer.
- After you reach the 2000 tickets for the week, You can still paly the games, it just wont give out anymore tickets, it says something like "0 tickets" or "limit reached", i dont recall exact message.
- When you sign up, you get an email with QR code. This need to be scanned EVERYTIME you go there to activate on the D&B card for that day.
- Use the same D&B card, so you can rack up the tickets on the same card
- I had a friend sign up as well, and had him send me his QR code. No ID check, so I was able to use mine and his. I had a separate card dedicated to my friends accounts, so his tickets stayed in that card and I gave that to him when the winter deal was over.
- I had close to 20,000 tickets when winter was done and kids went crazy at the gift shop. They wont forget that.
- You cannot have same QR code activated on two different cards at the same time. I tried it and it deactivated the first one.
- $150 was eell worth the fun for me during 2 months of winter. This deal is about a month longer.

With winterpass, there was a $5 weekly allowance to use toward food/drink, which i don't see this time.
Also, You cout not use D&B gift card to get the winterpass. I would think its the same thing this time around as well. So if you thinking about doing that, do the research before getting the gift card. .

Well I went to a brand new D&B today after securing the costco GCs, and was shot down by a host. He said that they couldn't accept gift cards for the summer pass, and even doublechecked with a manager. Unfortunately there seems to be nothing in the fine print either way so I'll just have to try on another day and ask someone else… but YMMV on the GCs in my case.
I just did it tonight. They sent me back to Winner's Circle or whatever - the ticket exchange shop. But that kid called someone over and did something on her tablet but then we had to go up front by the bar, maybe because she needed to get a fresh card and a Summer Pass sticker. I guess this card is segregated from my normal card and ticket count. Also, cloned new card to Flipper so me and kiddo don't have to keep swapping.

I don't think new card each time but they did give a new card that doesn't share points/tickets/rewards with my normal card. They put a "Summer Pass" sticker on it so as to differentiate. Was able to use card on everything except purple lit games that hand out real prizes on the spot like crane and such, but a person could do the VR, Maverick, or Skee Ball all day long if they wanted.

Thanks. Got it yesterday.

What's the value for 1000 tickets? Between the gold and platinum, the difference seems be to 1000 vs 2000 ticket limit and a few days of black out dates. I wonder if the platinum really worths the 50% more price ($100 vs. $150)?

Genius! If I was closer to a D&B, I'd totally do this!

Are they NFC? Could you just write it to a blank NFC (a'la Amiibos) and continue to clone it?

I didn't think worth it, esp since it almost becomes a chore to gain the credits. my 7 and 9yo will like getting the junk they get so it's not about dollars for me really. Just kiddo joy of dumbness!

Ya, definitely NFC. Gotta hold the Flipper D-pad over where the chip slot is on game to pick it up.

Can see the NFC traces in the legit card with a bright light. Should totally be able to clone wherever I would think. We weren't trying to scam, more just not to have to run back and forth to the card.

also 30% discount on food/drinks vs 20%.
Spend $500 and that breaks even.

Did anyone get charged a "tax"? I was charged $15 tax which isn't even the state sales tax amount.
I was charged Sales Tax in MN. ~$10.

Website says Monday, but from using it the last couple of weeks, looks like it's actually Sunday.

Used physical D&B gift cards.
Just like the e-gift cards, you have to have a server ring you up for the Pass on their small tablet.

Not front desk or the kiosk. If front desk doesn't know, just say that you need to have a server ring you up from their tablet and it will work.
Should be no tax added. Screen will ask if you want to add a Tip as the Point of Sale tablet they are using is exactly what you would use if you sit down and eat there and pay through the server.

Pass should work at any D&B locations.

1000 tickets value really depends on what you are trading it in for.
For high value items like Nintendo Switches, Airpods etc... 1000 tickets exchange rate is around $2.

For lower value items, maybe around $5 for 1000 tickets? a 3 pack of Hot Wheels cars was 1000 tickets. Probably varies across D&B locations.

You can buy 1000 tickets for $9. So if you want to use $9, you can but that is pretty high. Most things you exchange for 1000 tickets isn't worth $9. So that's just more margin that they are getting for selling you 1000 tickets for $9

Can easily get 1000 tickets.. takes about 15 minutes. Many other places do not off unlimited play for "ticket" type games. For D&B you can still play the ticket games even if you hit your max weekly limit of tickets. Which then makes hitting the jackpots really easy as you can just practice.
