They are in different continent. Give them a couple days to respond. Never have problem claiming warranty.

I think we are all spoiled by Amazon CS

You probably could, but the input is only 270 watts so it can't handle the power load of a typical UPS.

I got ~8 devices connected consuming ~30-40W total so its possible. great for most house electronic stuff short of the desktop / TV / amplifier.

The switching speed isn't fast enough for a computer or anything else that requires critical power, but it can handle devices like a router or modem.

I don't have good experience with Bluetti either. 1st response 3 days, 2nd response 6 days later and issue not resolve, 3rd no response, 4th ignore completely when request return/refund. Will not buy their product again.
