Pretty dang good specs for the price, but I'd get this once they're around $700 for open box. I see they're almost there already at $871 for fair condition (can still be pristine from my experience). It is possible to get an open-box 32GB Windows machine for that price at BBY. I just got a 32GB Zenbook A14 for $530 the other day. Promptly delisted afterward with a whopping 2 reviews lol.
In case anyone has one near them:

I picked up an open box good today for $904 like new, just missing the box with light usage (power on hours and SSD reads/writes) and only 2 battery cycles. Had an old MacBook Pro (Intel) I traded in so $694 + tax. Great deal. I've been using this model off-and-on this year plus have about a dozen in the hands of clients and no issues with the trackpad (like someone above mentioned). Some small tweaks to the display setting (using Intel Graphics Center) and the display looks very close to my OLED laptops. Very happy with this laptop.
