Man, this deal has been around a long time, they must of made a boatload of copies.

It does come with one physical, Doom Eternal Disc, at least the PS4 version did.

Doom 3 was so good when it came out. Especially when they added the update for the flashlight to be on with the gun

I grabbed this earlier and just sold the game/steelbook and kept the gun. Not the most impressive collectible, but was basically free in the end.
