Note that this OtterBox supports 21V PPS required for 37 watt rate on Pixel Prp 9 XL. Possibly no proprietary charger is required for the Motorola. Kane91801 posted on Reddit that an emarked 6.5 amp cable is required and must be used with a PD PPS ac adapter power supply capable of 11 volts @ 6.2A :

The OtterBox I got from the last deal, it only charges around 24 Watts at Max on my Motorola think phone. it advertises 60 watts single item charging power, My motorolla thinkphone supports up to 68 Watts on its own proprietary charger, it turns out you need this proprietary charger to reach those speeds. So the answer to your question does somewhat depend on whether your phone will support the highest method speed of charge

That's pretty typical. I have OnePlus phone and the only fast charging I get is from it's original charger. Not really OtterBox fault.
